Introduction

On-Model is a product of PiktID, offering a web application for generating, editing, and transforming fashion images at on-model.com and app.on-model.com.

These Terms of Service apply to both business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) users. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

License & Usage Restrictions

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the On-Model platform according to their subscription tier.

Prohibited activities include:

Copying or reverse engineering our technology
Scraping data from the platform
Developing competing AI models using our outputs
Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization
Using the platform for illegal purposes

Registration & Accounts

One account per user/organization is allowed
Users must provide accurate registration information
Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials
Minors require parental consent to use the service
Account sharing is prohibited without explicit permission

Content Rights

Important: PiktID/On-Model claims no ownership rights to your input images or generated outputs. You retain full ownership of your content.

However, by using our service, you guarantee that:

You possess all necessary rights to your input material
Your use does not violate third-party intellectual property rights
You have appropriate model releases or permissions for images containing identifiable persons
Your content complies with applicable laws and regulations

Credits System

Free Credits

Permit only private, non-commercial use. May not be used for commercial products or services.

Paid Credits

Allow any purpose, including commercial applications. Full usage rights for e-commerce and marketing.

Content Policy

The following content is strictly prohibited:

Racist, discriminatory, or hate speech content
Violent or threatening imagery
Sexually explicit or suggestive content
Content depicting minors inappropriately
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Any illegal or harmful content

On-Model reserves the right to immediately remove any content that violates these policies and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

Liability Limitations

For Consumer Users (B2C)

Liability is capped at €5,000 for typical damages arising from slight negligence. This limitation does not apply to damages from intent, gross negligence, or personal injury.

For Business Users (B2B)

Stricter limitations apply. On-Model is not liable unless damage stems from intent or gross negligence. Business users acknowledge the inherent limitations of AI-generated content.

Termination

On-Model may terminate accounts:

Without cause: With one month notice
Immediately for: Policy violations, criminal conduct, manipulation attempts, or payment fraud

Withdrawal Rights (B2C)

Consumer users have 14 days to withdraw from any purchase and receive a full refund using the original payment method. This right begins from the date of purchase. To exercise this right, contact us at office@piktid.com.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: Austrian law applies to these terms
Jurisdiction: Exclusive jurisdiction lies with Klagenfurt courts
Consumer Protection: B2C users may have additional protections under their home country's laws

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
